My order keeps failing

If your bank hasn’t declined the payment, it’s usually due to billing details not matching exactly (name, address, etc.). Please double-check your information or try an alternative payment method before placing your order again.

Rest assured — your card has not been charged. You may see a temporary authorization* on your account, which will automatically reverse within 48 hours.


**An authorization is a temporary hold placed by your bank to confirm funds are available. It may appear as a transaction, but no money is taken unless your order is successfully confirmed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing glow@melapopsbeauty.com and providing their Order Number with the subject line: Order Cancellation Request.

Once an order has been dispatched and shipment confirmation has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If the customer no longer wishes to keep the order after dispatch, the package may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund may be issued. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Melapops Beauty reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside of the stated time frame.

Can I change or add items to my order?

Yes 💌 You can request changes or add items within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing glow@melapopsbeauty.com with your Order Number.

Once you’ve received your dispatch confirmation email, we’re unable to make any changes.

If your order has already been shipped, you can request an exchange through our website — as long as the item is unused, unopened, and the packaging hasn’t been tampered with.
